Account and Registration

To register with bn33, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited, and bn33 reserves the right to close such an account at any time.

Account Creation Rules

• Each user may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, they may be cancelled.
• The name, mobile number, and payment details provided at registration must be genuine and verifiable.
• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• You may not allow anyone else to use your account.
• Any unusual activity on your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

Account Verification

bn33 may request verification of your identity at any time. Failure to submit the relevant documents in such cases may result in the withdrawal process being temporarily suspended. The verification process is an integral part of our security policy and is essential for protecting the interests of all users.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

To participate on the bn33 platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria.

• Age: You must be 21 years of age or older to participate on bn33. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or participating in any game.
• Mental capacity: You must be in a mentally sound and capable state when playing.

• Standard withdrawal time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirement must be met (see the Bonuses section for details).
• bn33 will not be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
• bn33 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual transactions.

Bonuses and Promotions

bn33 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which should be read carefully before accepting.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Eligibility conditions must be met to receive this bonus.

• Bonus wagering requirement: 20 times (20x). This means you may withdraw after placing bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• If the bonus is not used within the specified period, it will be cancelled.
• Accepting a bonus is entirely optional — you may deposit without a bonus if you prefer.

VIP Cashback

The bn33 VIP program has three tiers, and weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

You can move up to a higher VIP tier through regular gaming. VIP tier cashback and other benefits are subject to change at bn33's discretion.

General Bonus Terms

• bn33 reserves the right to modify, limit, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If a bonus is misused or manipulated, the account will be closed.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is prohibited.

Gameplay and Fairness

All games offered on bn33 are powered by software from certified game providers. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and unbiased.

Game Operation Terms

• If a technical error occurs in game results, the matter will be reviewed and re-evaluated after a proper investigation.

Closed by the user
